Reviews, Analyses & Summaries

This site section will contain reviews, analyses and summaries of PMP literature organized by subject matter. We wish to draw together significant and cutting edge findings in topic areas of interest to PMP staff, researchers, and other stakeholders.

Reviews will focus on research related to the use and analysis of prescription monitoring data and on PMP implementation and operations. In some cases, the analyses will highlight gaps in the literature and suggest directions for future research and evaluation. Other reviews will address areas such as PMP start-up, program operations, developing best practices, regulatory issues, training of end-users, and outreach to stakeholders and the wider community. For those wanting a quick overview, a summary of findings will appear at the top of each review.

We welcome your comments!
Your opinions on these materials and suggestions for additional reviews and analyses are welcome. And as always, we invite your feedback on how to improve the Clearinghouse as a resource that can add value to the growing body of PMP data and literature.
